Danil Gvozdkov is our official partner in Wrocław, a person who knows how to find balance in the modern rhythm of life. Born in Mariupol, he has been living in Poland for the past 10 years, dedicating himself to yoga and tea culture. Yoga Danil has been practicing yoga for two years and has been sharing his experience by teaching others for the past year. He follows the FYSM methodology, which is based on three key principles: safety, efficiency, and simplicity. Tea Culture After completing a tea culture course from Chaynarium, Danil delved deeper into the world of tea—its varieties, production, and traditions.
